Questionnaire For Couple Divorce

Rated Excellent 4.9 out of 5

This questionnaire will take approximately 10 minutes to complete. Please ensure you have enough time to finish it in one session, as progress cannot be saved.

Before you begin, please have a photograph of your marriage certificate ready. Additionally, if you are eligible for help with court fees, apply first and obtain your code before starting the questionnaire.

We will use the information you provide to advise you thoroughly and to complete your divorce application. It is essential that you carefully review all the details you enter, especially the spelling of names, to avoid any court delays.

Preferred Divorce Filing Method

Since you have chosen our couples’ divorce service, you have two options for filing your divorce:

Single Applicant: One party will take the lead as the applicant, and the other will be the respondent. Our team will communicate with and guide both parties through the process, but the applicant will primarily handle the filing responsibilities.

Joint Application: Both parties will file for divorce jointly, requiring both parties to sign off on each stage of the process. Our team will guide and communicate with both parties equally throughout the entire process.

In the questionnaire below, please select whether you wish to file as a single applicant or as joint applicants.

Your Right to Cancel. Please choose one:
By law (Consumer Contracts Regulations), you have 14 days after buying our service to cancel it and get a refund. Most law firms wait these 14 days before starting work, but we know many of our customers choose us because of our rapid case progression. That’s why we’re ready to begin as soon as you complete this questionnaire. If you ask us to start immediately, you’re giving up your right to cancel within the 14-day period. This means if you later change your mind and cancel, you won’t get a refund.
